Delivery

We provide UPS/Fedex/DHL/SF or EMS Registered Air Mail options (3-14 working days) depending on the size of your order from our Asia Pacific Hong Kong office. All local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. For insurance reasons we currently only ships to some countries within ASIA & OCEANIA, EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST and NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA.

Storage

Our storage policy allows for 60 days of free storage for all orders. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may prevent customers from picking up their items within this timeframe. However, please note that if an order is not picked up within 60 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and forfeit any deposit made. We encourage customers to stay in touch with us regarding any changes to their pickup plans so that we can work together to find a solution that works for everyone.
